If you are interested in getting to know me better, here are a few tidbits about my personal life outside of "trying" to write.
  • Favorite genre: dystopia fiction, particularly well-written, multi-faceted works such as the Red Rising trilogy (Pierce Brown), Ender's Game (Orson Scott Card), and The Giver (Lois Lowry).
  • Favorite book, or rather series: Chaos Walking (Patrick Ness).
  • Favorite author: Hugh Howey.
  • Profession: web developer with expertise in digital marketing, writing for the web, and graphic design.
  • Educational background:
    • Undergraduate:
      • English (Professional Writing), with a minor in Legal Studies and a Certificate of Business Essentials
    • Graduate:
      • Currently earning a Masters in Management Information Systems
  • Closet fact: I am an adrenaline junkie (tried hang gliding and sky diving, and oh so badly want to bungee jump)
  • Obvious fact: I am a plant person (love going to Home Depot to see their selection of green things), which you would instantly be able to tell because I have more plants than I do window space so they are stacked all over the place.
  • Proud moment: I built a coffee table on my own.
